The first words written in rapid succession with a zip that somehow keeps me going through the rapid eye movements to discover an innocent “puppy love” . An awkward age of discovery. The walk to a field of stars and an arm around a waist, a chin on a shoulder. Moments to cherish. Shooting stars in your eyes and a fairy tale that allows dreams to come true. If only all stories could end with just a kiss that lasts as long as it can. Then good bye. A memorable day in a hope chest put away.
